Expeditor

Job Description:

  • Monitor and track the progress of purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to project sites.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to confirm production and shipping schedules, resolve delays, and address quality or compliance issues.
  • Issue regular progress reports to summarize order status and highlight potential risks to project timelines.
  • Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks or logistical challenges in the supply chain, collaborating with procurement, engineering, and project management teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and delivery statuses in company databases.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and project-specific requirements.
  • Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
  • At least 2 years of experience as Expeditor in EPC company.
  • Good knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and technical specifications.
  • Having experiences with ERP system is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Willing to be based in Head Office - Jakarta.
