Senior Staff Operation Support - MRM
Job Summary
This position is responsible for coordinating operational and commercial support activities to ensure the smooth execution of coal trading and barge shipment operations. The role manages operational communications with surveyors, suppliers, agents, and barge vendors based on approved commercial instructions, maintains shipment schedules and operational documentation, and ensures timely submission of complete documents to the Finance team for commercial settlement. The position acts as the operational coordination focal point between internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure efficient, accurate, and compliant trading execution.

Education
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Maritime Transportation, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or other related disciplines.
Skill, Knowledge, and Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in coal trading, mining logistics, shipping operations, or commercial operations
- Knowledge of coal trading operations, barge shipment processes, and commercial logistics.
- Knowledge of shipping documentation, contract requirements, and commercial settlement processes.
- Knowledge of company operational procedures, regulatory requirements, and document control practices
- Operational planning, scheduling, and documentation management.
- Stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration.
- Analytical reporting and proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
