Job Summary
This position is responsible for assessing workplace health risks, implementing wellness initiatives, identifying hazards, updating safety policies, developing training materials, conducting incident analyses, and developing preventative action plans in collaboration with department leads.

Education
Bachelor's Degree of Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Health, or a related field.
Skill, Knowledge, and Experience
- Min 5-7 years in occupational health, industrial hygiene, or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of occupational health and industrial hygiene principles, exposure assessment, and risk management.
- Strong data analysis capabilities for exposure and incident data to identify trends and suggest improvements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex health information to non-specialists.
- Proven ability to lead training sessions and influence safe behaviors among employees at all organizational levels.
- Strong critical thinking skills to develop practical solutions for health and hygiene challenges in industrial environments.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
