Procurement Engineer
Job Summary
Responsible for managing the procurement process of engineering, construction, and operational materials/services to ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, quality compliance, and alignment with project requirements.

| Conduct procurement tender process from end to end process, starting from vendor assessment, bidder list, invite meeting, request for quotation, clarification, evaluation, negotiation, award, contract, purchase order, expedite delivery, monitor vendor performance, monitor invoicing process until completion process. | Procurement tender process from end to end process is successfully conducted. |
| Analyze and process incoming Tender (RFQ) document to ensure that material are correct in grade, standard, quantity, size, and type against drawing or MTO received. | Document responsibility |

| Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome | - SHE risk well maintained - Target Zero LTI - SHE Management System meets the current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements |
Education
Bachelor’s degree in any major
Skill, Knowledge, and Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, EPC, Mining, Oil & Gas, or Construction projects.
- Strong understanding of procurement lifecycle, contract management, and vendor management.
- Experience handling technical procurement packages and project-related materials.
- Familiar with procurement systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems) is preferred.Good negotiation, commercial analysis, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of project execution requirements and procurement scheduling.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Willing to be based on site is preferred
Certification
- If candidates do not meet the requirements specified in the Education section, evaluation shall be conducted in accordance with KKNI Level 5.
