ICT Operation Engineer - Head Office

Job Summary

Responsible as Person-In-Charge (PIC) for ICT Operations and IT Support, ensuring all IT infrastructure, systems, and services operate reliably, securely, and in accordance with Company standards and procedures. Provide hands-on IT support for end users, maintain site IT assets, and coordinate closely with Team Leader and Infrastructure Team.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide daily IT support for end users (hardware, software, network).
• Able to maintain websites and web applications using PHP and WordPress.
• Maintain and monitor site IT infrastructure (network, server, AP, CCTV, radio communication, peripherals).
• Perform first-level troubleshooting and incident handling.
• Escalate unresolved issues to Team Leader and Infrastructure Team.
• Coordinate system deployment, patching, and configuration changes.
• Ensure compliance with IT security and audit requirements.
• Manage IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Maintain incident logs, reports, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with IT vendors and local service providers.
• Ensure IT activities comply with Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) standards.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Support / IT Operations.
• Strong knowledge of desktop, laptop, and Windows OS troubleshooting.
• Basic network knowledge (LAN, WAN, SDWAN, WLAN).
• Basic server & server room knowledge (server room environment, server hardware, OS (windows & linux).
• Basic DC Electrical
• Experience in project site or remote environment is an advantage.
• Understanding of IT service management and escalation process.
• Able to work independently with strong coordination skills.
• Good documentation and reporting discipline.
• Willing to work at site / remote location.
• Basic English communication skills are an advantage.

Certification

• If candidates do not meet the requirements specified in the Education section, evaluation shall be conducted in accordance with KKNI Level 3.
