Finance Manager EPC

Job Summary

This position is under of the Directorate Finance & Accounting. This role is responsible for overseeing the financial management and operational strategies across the EPC departments of an organization.Department Head of Finance EPC will ensure the seamless integration of financial planning, engineering design, procurement, and construction activities while maximizing profitability, minimizing risks, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. In addition, This role combines a strong understanding of financial management with deep knowledge of EPC operations, making it central to the organization’s ability to execute large-scale projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with the client’s specifications.

Job Responsibilities

Key Metric

Oversee the financial planning and management of all engineering, procurement, and construction phases of projects, ensuring smooth coordination between departments.

Successfully collaborate between finance and EPC

Monitor the progress of EPC projects to ensure that they stay on schedule, within budget, and aligned with contract specifications and client expectations.

Supervise EPC Project Oversight & Integration

Oversee the procurement strategies and activities for EPC projects, ensuring cost-effective sourcing of materials, equipment, and services.

Successfully conducted Procurement & Supply Chain Management Strategy

Identify and assess risks across financial, operational, and project-related domains, developing proactive strategies to mitigate and manage potential risks.

Prioritizing Risk Management & Compliance in every operation

Lead initiatives to streamline processes, implement new technologies, and adopt best practices across finance, engineering, procurement, and construction functions.

Successful for Continuous Improvement & Innovation.

Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome SHE risk well maintained

SHE Management System meets the current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 and SMKP standards and requirements

Education

Bachelor's or Master Degree in  Economics, Finance, and Business Administration or a related field.

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

  • Min 7-10 years of experience in in finance, engineering, procurement, and construction, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or department head role in an EPC environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of EPC project life cycles, financial management principles, and procurement strategies.
  • Expertise in financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for large-scale projects.
  • Proficiency in project management software and financial management tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skill.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and report writing skill.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
  • Attention to detail
