Finance Manager EPC
Job Summary
This position is under of the Directorate Finance & Accounting. This role is responsible for overseeing the financial management and operational strategies across the EPC departments of an organization.Department Head of Finance EPC will ensure the seamless integration of financial planning, engineering design, procurement, and construction activities while maximizing profitability, minimizing risks, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. In addition, This role combines a strong understanding of financial management with deep knowledge of EPC operations, making it central to the organization’s ability to execute large-scale projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with the client’s specifications.

Education
Bachelor's or Master Degree in Economics, Finance, and Business Administration or a related field.
Skill, Knowledge, and Experience
- Min 7-10 years of experience in in finance, engineering, procurement, and construction, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or department head role in an EPC environment.
- In-depth knowledge of EPC project life cycles, financial management principles, and procurement strategies.
- Expertise in financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for large-scale projects.
- Proficiency in project management software and financial management tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skill.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and report writing skill.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
