Business Analyst Superintendent
Job Summary
Responsible in monitoring and reviewing centralized SCM Business Processes and its aspects from end- to-end process. Provide recommendation and improvement for better business processes of all SCM functions and ensure it is executed, worked properly, and complied with company's standard procedures of Supply Chain Management.

Education
Bachelor's Degree of Any major
Skill, Knowledge, and Experience
- Min. 7 years experiences in inventory and procurement business process, preferably from heavy equipment business or mining project.
- Certified and min. 3+ years experience implementing change using continuous improvement tools
- Mining environment experience necessary
- Knowledge of Six Sigma, TQM and other project and process management systems is a significant advantage
- Knowledge of Legal and administration aspects related to Supply Chain Management government regulations and tender process.
- Expertise at using problem solving tools, performing root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills are also necessary to succeed in this role.
- Demonstrated ability to influence others and lead change
