Warranty Officer - PSF Workshop
Job Summary
- As part of Warranty and external repairs Team assist the Coordinator in managing warranty and external repairs to assist in reducing the total down time for waiting component out site repairs to manage all warranty component or equipment job and manage external repairt component, To manage old-cores REMAN, PEX components are returned to Vendor to gain refund of core deposit
Job Responsibilities

| To control every single warranty claim status 1st approval from the site reviewed and processed in time | Every single warranty claim is controlled successfully. |
| To control every single warranty claim is assessed and checked to assure that all information;s are correct and all supporting document are completed prior to the document submitted to vendors | Every single warranty claim is controlled successfully. |
| Follow up progress status of claims to vendor and projects, to ensure the claims have been received or if claims requiring rework or other follow up | Progresses are successfully followed up. |
| Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome | - SHE risk well maintained - Target Zero LTI - SHE Management System meets the current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements |
Education
Bachelor's Degree of Mechanical/ Civil/ Industrial Engineering
Skill, Knowledge, and Experience
- Min 1 year experience in Mining Industry
- Has experience in maintenance management (Warranty Management) is preferred
- Familiarity with Root Cause Failure Analysis, Good knowledge in overhauls or rebuild components
- Has enough knowledge of Supply Chain Management (Warehousing) and Asset Finance Accounting
- Excellent computer skill in Microsoft environment (e.g. MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Able to work in team, as well as in individual role
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
