Job Summary
To develop, deliver, and evaluate Learning & certificaiton programs to promote safe and healthy work practices, environmental awareness, and regulatory compliance within an organization. They play a crucial role in preventing accidents, injuries, and illnesses, protecting the environment, and ensuring compliance with relevant safety regulations.
Job Responsibilities

| Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome | - SHE risk well maintained - Target Zero LTI - SHE Management System meets the current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements |
Education
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health Safety Enviromment or related engineering field
Skill, Knowledge, and Experience
- 5+ years of experience as professional postionl within a Safety, Health & Environment organization
- 2+ years of experience in operational within a Safety, Health & Environment Learning organization or similar setting.
- Has knowledge of ISO 14001/45001, SMK3/SMKP or any equivalent standard
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, health, and environmental principles.
Certification
- BNSP Learning & Assesment Methodology Level III or equivalent
- BNSP Asesor is preferable
- Ahli K3 Umum / K3 Migas / Pengawas Operational Pertama (POP) are prefarable
