Mobile Plant Asset Management Training Specialist

Job Summary
Train and assess theory, practical, and safety of operating technique the machine / Heavy Equipment according to machine / HE product operating manual and Company Standard Operating Procedure.
Job Responsibilities
- Conducts in-depth needs assessments to identify skill gaps, knowledge deficiencies, and performance issues within the MMS organization.
- Develops and implement comprehensive training programs, curricula and syllabus aligned with certification requirements and organizational needs.
- Tracks and controls training-certification expenditures on a regular basis to ensure adherence to the budget.
- Developing, Review and revise/updating training-assessment materials (handout, presentations, lesson plan, assessment tools, training-certification aids, catalogue).
- Ensures that training equipment is in good working order and properly maintained; Selects appropriate training tools and equipment based on training objectives and participant needs
- Applying the implementation of the annual Calendar of Event, CoE and monthly strategy plans training-certification
- Delivers training-certification sessions in an engaging and effective manner.
- Assists in defining the job requirements and competencies needed for related positions; Reviews resumes and conducts initial screening of candidates for positions; Prepares interview questions and participates in interviews and administers assessments (e.g., skills tests, simulations) to evaluate candidates' abilities
- Collects and compiles data on training-certification participation, assessment results and training-certification feedback
- Implement PetA Management System (include LMS)
- Conduct facilitating, mentoring and coaching for performance programs to participants
- Assist Mobile Plant Operation Training Supervisor
- Implement SHE corporate & project programs to ensure compliance with SHE standard, procedures and regulatory requirements
Education
- Minimum Senior High School with 1.5 years of work experience in MMS training-certification; or
- Diploma (D3/D4) in Mine Engineering; with at least 1 year of work experience in the mining sector.
- Has experinces to operate variuos of mobile plant and/or earth-work equipments for 5 years
Skill, Knowledge, and Experience
- Ability to operate mobile plant and/or equipments in accordance to procedures
- Ability to presenting slide presentation effectively;
- Ability to develop and implement high-quality training and assessment programs;
- Ability to build relationships within internal organization;
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and problem solving skills;
- Proficiency in ICT/Office software (Microsoft office, Multimedia software, LMS)
