Job Summary
Responsible for executing frontline training support across site projects, focusing on onboarding new projects, delivering essential training programs, and supporting trainers on-site. The role emphasizes responsiveness to immediate training needs, learner feedback, and helping maintain certification standards across the workforce.

Education

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), or Environmental, or Hyperkes, Education, Human Resource Development / Training and Development
Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

Minimum 1–3 years experience delivering Safety/HSE training in site-based or operational environments.

Experience in mining, construction, oil & gas, or other high-risk industries is preferred.

Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and safety programs (e.g. Permit to Work, Critical Control, Incident Investigation).

Able to deliver classroom and field-based safety training, including practical and hands-on sessions.

Familiar with training tools and LMS platforms.

Good communication and facilitation skills to engage a diverse workforce.
