Job Summary
Responsible for executing frontline training support across site projects, focusing on onboarding new projects, delivering essential training programs, and supporting trainers on-site. The role emphasizes responsiveness to immediate training needs, learner feedback, and helping maintain certification standards across the workforce.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resource Development / Training and Development, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
Skill, Knowledge, and Experience
- Min. 1 - 3 years experience in site-based training or technical training delivery.
- Experience working in mining, construction, oil & gas, or other field-intensive industrial environments is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with company and industry requirements for training certification.
- Working knowledge of presentation tools, video-based learning, mobile training units, and LMS platforms.
- Ability to conduct technical and safety training sessions effectively in the field.
- Skilled in facilitating hands-on learning and workplace-based coaching.
- Clear communication skills to engage diverse workforce groups.
- Able to observe work practices and identify knowledge or skill gaps.
- Experience in assessing learner performance and providing constructive feedback.
- Organized and able to manage multiple training activities across dynamic field environments.
- Attention to detail for tracking training records, certifications, and compliance checklists.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
