Job Summary

Lead, develop, monitor and evaluate Health Safety Environment Management Plan, standard, process and procedures to enhance HSE performance in term of preventing serious potential injuries, comply with government regulations in order to deliver operations excellence in the project.

Job Responsibilities

Key Metric
Direct responsibility for Engineering and Production. Mining Manager shall direct and control all Engineering, Mine Planning, and Production execution on Site to maximize productivity, utilisation, and cost effectiveness related to project target. Productivity, utilisation, and cost effectiveness related to project target managed to be maximized.
Foster a safety culture, including Zero Incidents and BBS (Behavior Based Safety) program and responsible for all safety aspects within the mining areas of the Project. Asset fiance operations are successfully managed.
Direct, monitor, and control equipment usage to minimize abuse of unit application, unit failure, and property damage; and to extend unit lifetime. Ensure the implementation of operational excellence and adhere to the principles of productivity and cost effectiveness to beat the project budget. Correctly managed to minimize abuse of unit application, unit failure and property damage.
Actively support Superior (DPM/PM) in the control and management of the Workforce, including training and other employee productivity program. Review and implement Induction Program, Training Material, Standard Operating Procedures, and similar material to maximize the effectiveness of the workforce. Ensure all process of employment comply with Company procedures. Ensure every coaching / counseling program is well implemented across all Departments. Successfully supported Superior (DPM/PM) in the control and management of the Workforce.
Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained

Education

Bachelor's Degree of Any major

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

  • Min. Bachelor degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Min. 7 years previous experiences in construction (civil or mechanical)
  • Computer literate, including knowledge of computerized architectural data bases and/or CAD drawing systems.
  • Organizational, supervisory and megotiating skills.
  • Analytical, reasoning and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate and detail records (particularly focusing on day to day commercial aspects)
  • Strong commercial focus in all aspects of project (client & subcontractors)
  • Willing to Work extended hours to ensure project completion on time.
