Job Summary
Lead, develop, monitor and evaluate Health Safety Environment Management Plan, standard, process and procedures to enhance HSE performance in term of preventing serious potential injuries, comply with government regulations in order to deliver operations excellence in the project.

| Actively support Superior (DPM/PM) in the control and management of the Workforce, including training and other employee productivity program. Review and implement Induction Program, Training Material, Standard Operating Procedures, and similar material to maximize the effectiveness of the workforce. Ensure all process of employment comply with Company procedures. Education
Bachelor's Degree of Any major
Skill, Knowledge, and Experience
- Min. Bachelor degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
- Min. 7 years previous experiences in construction (civil or mechanical)
- Computer literate, including knowledge of computerized architectural data bases and/or CAD drawing systems.
- Organizational, supervisory and megotiating skills.
- Analytical, reasoning and problem solving skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate and detail records (particularly focusing on day to day commercial aspects)
- Strong commercial focus in all aspects of project (client & subcontractors)
- Willing to Work extended hours to ensure project completion on time.
