SHE Coordinator

Job Summary

Develop, monitor, measure and evaluate all SHE Management Plan to propose corrective actions in order to prevent SHE incident within Business Line area responsibility, comply with company’s SHE policies, government SHE regulation, and other requirements.

Key Metric
Supporting business activities in a Journey to Zero Incidents, Zero Injuries, Zero Illness and Zero harm to the Environment and Community in Petrosea project operation. Successfully supported business activities in a Journey to Zero Incidents, Zero Injuries, Zero Illness and Zero harm to the Environment and Community in Petrosea project operation.
Implement, promote and maintain of SHE Management System in relevant project business processes, ensure all of these are well communicated and implemented. SHE Management System are well communicated and implemented.
Demonstrate good Cost and Budget awareness. Propose SHE budget (PPE, Consultant, Lab analysis, equipment shopping, training, etc.). Monitor SHE aspect cost expenditure within budget. SHE budget is well-monitored and demonstrated good cost and budget awareness.
Proactive contribution in building best Behaviour Based Safety to all project personnel and delivering best safe working environment. Visible SHE leadership. Active is SHE knowledge sharing in the forum or face to face. Set Personal Safety Plan and met the target. Impactful contributions are proven to exist in building the best Behaviour Based Safety.
Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained

Education

Diploma Degree of Public Health/Occupational or Any Major

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

  • 3 years experiences in SHE exposure mining or EPC industry  
  • Possess high integrity and a strong commitment to achieving industry best practices and possess a high energy level and strong work ethic with a commitment to continuous improvement in a dynamic environment that strives to exceed expectations.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with top leadership and meticulous with excellent writing skill and good communication skill.
  • Good knowledge of Accident prevention, Fire prevention, Risk Assessment, PTO, SHE procedure, Hazob, Inspection, Emergency response, investigation accident, audit process.
  • Able to use / familiar with the following document management tools: Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point, Adobe Acrobat Reader/Writer.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
