Job Summary

Monitor and supervise site electrical activities to ensure such activities are conducted in a safe and timely manner in order to support success of project implementation as well as ensuring that work is completed on schedule and in accordance to client's requirements.

Job Responsibilities

Key Metric
Plan, perform, and supervise electrical activities regarding construction drawing and technical specification, and also manpower planning, material supplied, and equipment availability. Electrical activities went smoothly.
Monitor and control the implementation of Electrical plan and manage that all necessary resources are available at site in order to meet the construction schedule through regular construction meetings. All necessary resources are available on site.
Understanding the basics of the project budget, monitor and control the Electrical budget to ensure that costs do not exceed budget. The cost is well-managed.
Initiates, develops and improve the implementation of construction methodology and equipment utilization to improve efficiency. The implementation of construction methodology is successfully developed.
Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained

Education

Bachelor's Degree of Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

  • Minimum Diploma Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Electrical Supervisor.
  • Have experience in supervising the installation of generators, transformers, electrical panels, electrical systems on conveyors, cables pulling, grounding, and induction motors testing.
  • Have knowledge of electrical unit such as voltage, ampere, ohm, KW, and KVA.
  • Having experience of electrical protection such as ACB, MCCB, MCB, ELCB, TOR, and Digital Relay Protection (Sepam, Easergy, REF).
  • Strong Leadership and analytical thinking.
  • AK3 Electrical license (Disnaker/BNSP) certificate is a must.
