Job Summary

  • Analyse and interpret tax regulations and prepare required tax reports so that the organization meets its tax obligations and objectives

Job Responsibilities

Key Metric
Ensure that the organisation meets its tax obligations and objectives and complies with all relevant laws and regulations. Organisation met its tax obligations.
Liaise with Tax Manager, Tax Superintendent, Finance Manager to calculate annual tax and ensure tax calculation enclosed with relevant documents include tax return and manage to payment and lodgment. Tax calculation enclosed with relevant documents.
Maintain tax information and records; prepare tax returns, tax payment and lodgment, and other required reports so that they are submitted accurately and on time. Tax information and records are maintained.
Audit and ensure tax return reports for timely delivery to concerned Authorities. Tax return reports are successfully delivered to concerned authorities.
Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained

- SHE Management System meets the current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements

Education

Bachelor's Degree of Finance or Accounting.

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

  • Min. 1 years previous experiences dealing with tax or Fresh graduate
  • Good understanding on the company’s business activities, and its related (i.e. mining, oilandgas, EPC, etc)
  • Good understanding and implementation of tax regulations / laws and procedures
  • Familiar with accounting principle and procedure and General Accepted Accounting Standard
  • Familiar with the tax dispute and resolution process and strategy
  • Keep update with government curent tax regulations.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
