Job Summary
The Sustainability Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the sustainable corporate strategy and roadmap, driving ESG performance across the value chain and the organization.

Education
Bachelor's/ Masters degree of Sustainability, Engineering, Environmental science, Business, or a related field.
Skill, Knowledge, and Experience
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience in the field of environmental and sustainability management.
- Experience in developing and implementing sustainability strategies, initiatives, and projects in a corporate setting is key.
- Ability to collaborate across internal and external boundaries to meet common objectives.
- Experience with environmental management systems (EMS) or other sustainability reporting tools.
- Strong problem solving skills including experience formulating and executing action plans.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
