Senior Contract and Commercial
Job Summary
Review the tender documents and make the qualification to the tender document in line with Company’s Standard in order to ensure that company policies and procedures are followed in term of minimize any exposure to risk for company. Draft the head contract, coordinate with risk evaluation superintendent and estimator team to ensure that contractual risk is identified, can be managed and the cost (including risk costs) is allocated in the contract price.

Education
Bachelor's Degree of Engineering
Skill, Knowledge, and Experience
- Min. 4 years experiences dealing with contract.
- Possess strong analytical thinking skill.
- Attention to details.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa, both verbal and written.
- Requires traveling to Project Site as required.
