Job Summary

Monitor and supervise site civil and structural activities to ensure such activities are conducted in a safe and timely manner conform against quality that optimises availability in order to support success of project implementation.

Job Responsibilities

Key Metric
Exercise, direct, and ensure a safe work environment in the work area at all times; and ensure all store business work processes and activities are all done in safe works practices. Work Environment Surveillance is successfully conducted and in line with Petrosea Risk Matrix.
Develop and follow JSA�s for all tasks. All tasks are developed and followed JSA.
Assist Superior with the development of a work schedule including daily cost related to materials and manpower to be incorporated in the short term detailed execution plans Assistance is successful.
Prepare and submit the regular report required by project to ensure report is submitted in timely manner. Regular report is submitted in a timely manner.
Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained

- SHE Management System meets the current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements

Education

Bachelor's Degree of Finance or Accounting

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

  • Min 5 or more years of experiences as Civil / Structure Design Engineer.
  • Proficient in Civil / Structure engineering yet can also contribute in other areas of disciplines.
  • Provide consultative advice within Civil / Structure area.
  • Develop design concept for project requirement.
  • Being recognize as an expert within the function typically has some established contacts with other professionals within industry, technical associations, conferences or academia.
  • Writes department procedures, presents findings and makes recommendations to clients and management.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
