Job Summary
This position is responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP finance modules within an organization. This role focuses on ensuring that the SAP finance solutions align with business processes, improve operational efficiency, and support the finance functions. The SAP Finance Expert plays a key role in aligning financial processes with the company's strategic goals, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and helping to drive financial efficiency across the business.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the configuration, testing, and implementation of SAP finance modules to align with business requirements and operational workflows.
- Analyze and optimize financial and accounting processes across various functions and ensuring SAP solutions enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Provide training, support, and guidance to end users on SAP finance modules.
- Promote and apply SAP best practices and industry standards to finance processes, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and future readiness of SAP solutions.
- Work closely with the finance department, accounting teams, and other business units to gather requirements, analyze financial processes, and align SAP solutions with organizational goals.
- Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome
Education
Bachelor’s degree, preference from Information Technology/ Finance Accounting or related major
Skill, Knowledge, and Experience
- Min 5 Years experience as SAP finance Consultant or Specialist, with a deep understanding of finance processes and SAP finance modules.
- Strong knowledge of SAP system configuration, implementation, and optimization in finance.
- Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity in financial processes.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with mining and SAP finance processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skill.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and report writing skill.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Eager to learn latest SAP Technology and innovation in SAP Finance area.
- SAP S/4 HANA FI CO certifications is a plus.
