Job Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Effectively communicate to the team and stakeholders to ensure the team's delivery meets both contractual requirements and established acceptance criteria, including expected quality and performance.

· Serve as the Product Management (business) proxy and primary decision-maker, representing stakeholders in the project. Manage the product backlog, including overseeing the overall release plan.

· Create and maintain the solution vision, roadmap, and work backlog throughout the project's life cycle, ensuring it remains cost-effective, within budget, and on or ahead of the defined schedule.

· Participate in application re-engineering by identifying pitfalls and supporting continuous improvement/enhancement solutions for specific business applications. This covers the full System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from identifying functional requirements (in collaboration with Business Analysts), to analysis, system design and architecture, programming, system testing, debugging (bug fixes and system corrections), through to implementation/deployment and post-production support

Education

Bachelor Degree in Business Management / Computer Science / Information Technology / Information System from reputable University.

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

•Min 2 years of experience as Product Owner or Product Analyst with Agile software development approach.

•Coming from Consultant or Startup company is preferable

•Has Experience in handling Asset Management and Supply Chain Management function is a plus.
