Job Summary

Supervise maintenance planning activities on site/in the field incl. plan, coordinate, schedule, and monitor all maintenance planning activities in > 1-3 months horizon pertaining to asset project (heavy equipment) in order to ensure all maintenance activities in project are effective and efficient in timely manner conform to the project schedule and budget.

Supervise and support team and peers by ensuring that all routine maintenance activities for the machines or equipment are appropriately planned (resources, parts, tooling) and scheduled (with Production and Maintenance) so that the work progresses in a safe and efficient manner. Optimizing the performance of people by having regular coach, mentor process to develop people within planning functionality The performance is successfully optimized.
Supports team and peers to ensure on time Distributes weekly and bi-weekly scheduled work to the operations and maintenance supervisors and all appropriate standard job plans/packages included, activities are prioritized, managed effectively and are executed to specification on time. Provide formal analysis and the derived conclusion on asset performance in relation with actual maintenance plan. It includes ad- hoc or specific analysis requirement e.g. in order to find out the effectiveness of newly implemented improvement program. Analysis and conclusions are successfully provided and has a significant impact in program improvements.
Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained

Education

Bachelor's Degree of Engineering

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

  • Min. 2-3 year experiences particularly in Heavy/Mobile maintenance strategy.
  • Qualifications and certificates in field of trade/required duties
  • Conducts mechanical work to PTP and OEM maintenance standars to help achieve high mechanical availability
  • Broad knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance
  • Good understanding of mechanical availability and correct repair and maintenance methods
  • Good understanding of mining requirements and production targets
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
