Job Summary

Prepare and monitor employees administration and data includes HR support for all site.

Job Responsibilities

Key Metric
Evaluate and follow up the incoming Personnel Request Form (PRF) for sites and its mandatory requirements for pre-recruitment process.  
Establish and execute the recruitment process.  
Prepare, administer and documented employee's movement such as: Leave (rooster and annual leave, permission, Personnel Action Report (PAR) for promotion, transfer, surplus, and salary review, daily attendance from organize the schedule .  
Prepare and provide administration support for all employees such as pay slip distribution, meal and transport reimbursement distribution to ensure employee's rights and benefit based on company's procedures.  
Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained

- SHE Management System meets the current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements

Education

Bachelor's Degree of Any major

    Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

    • Fresh graduate or have work experiences in Human Resources is prefered.
    • Good understanding of recruitment and people development process.
    • Good understanding of employee welfare administrations.
    • Good understanding of payroll administrations.
    • Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and problem solving.
    • Demonstrate good communication and negotiation skill to all levels within the organization.
    • Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage.
