Job Summary

Prepare and assist in preparation and implementation Project Execution Plan, from identify project plans and proposals to review & analyze project progress; ensuring all documentations and specifications, both internal and external, are conform to Company’s standard and procedures.

    Job Responsibilities

    Key Metric
    Assists in preparation and implementation of PEP (Project Execution Plan).  

     

    Prepare and distribute a description and timeline of the project; calculates time frames and sequences the stages of the project  

     

    Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.  

     

    Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s’ performance) and report regularly on project status.  

     

       
    Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome
    • SHE risk well maintained.
    • Target Zero LTI.
    • SHE Management System meets the current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 and SMKP standards and requirements

    Education

    Bachelor’s degree of Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering

     

    Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

    • Fresh graduate in engineering.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of engineering, procurement and construction management principles and practices. Must possess an in depth knowledge of the Engineering and Design process as well as extensive experience in construction methods.
    • Having good communication and cooperation skill, either to the personal, organization and community.
    • Having good self-awareness to the current role.
    • Requires multitasking capabilities (project engineering, scheduling, budgeting, etc.)
    • Fluent in English both spoken and written will be an advantage.
