Forensic and Integrity Lead
Job Summary
This position is responsible for leading the execution of the company’s Business Ethics & Integrity and Forensic Audit function. This includes responsibilities on continuous monitoring and review over Anti-fraud, Anti-bribery and Anti-corruption initiatives (e.g., development and monitoring over Bribery Risk and Fraud Risk Assessments, Conflict of Interest, Gift & Entertainment transactions, and Sponsorship & Donation transactions), monitoring and follow-up on the company’s Whistleblowing system, development and implementation of anti-fraud socialization and awareness training. The role directly reports to the Head of Forensic and Investigation.
Education
Bachelor's Degree of Accounting/Finance/forensic-related field
Skill, Knowledge, and Experience
- Min 4 years’ experience as an Internal/External Auditor, Investigator, Compliance, or related field.
- Have expertise in accounting, financial reporting, internal control, data processing/analysis, and principles of good corporate governance.
- Have experience and/or familiarity with compliance related to Anti-Bribery Management System (ISO37001), Whistleblowing System (ISO37002), data analytics, fact-finding investigations and/or similar assignments.
- Knowledge and awareness, including enforcement trends for International Anti-Bribery/ corruption related regulations like the FCPA, UK Bribery Act.
- Familiarity with mining and EPC business processes
- Familiarity with SAP accounting system for data retrieval
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skill
- Excellent communication, presentation, and report writing skill
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Attention to detail
Certification
Preferably has certification in forensics/compliance related field (e.g., CFE, ISO37001 lead implementer/auditor, etc.)
