Expeditor

Job Description:

  • Monitor the status of purchase orders (POs) and supplier commitments. to Ensure timely dispatch, shipping, and delivery of goods to onshore sites.
  • Communicate with vendors or suppliers to confirm delivery schedules and resolve potential delays.
  • Ensure Engineering document, certificates, and quality records, shipping documents are prepared, collected, and submitted on time.
  • Verify compliance with industry standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements (e.g., API, ISO, ASME).
  • Prepare expediting reports summarizing material status, delays, and potential risks.
  • Identify bottlenecks or delays in the supply chain and work to resolve them proactively. Escalate critical issues to senior management when necessary.
  • Occasionally visit supplier facilities for inspections or to accelerate production.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably majoring in Industrial and Mechanical.
  • At least 2 years of experience as Expeditor in EPC company.
  • Good knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and technical specifications.
  • Having experiences with ERP system is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Willing to be based in Head Office - Jakarta.
