Expeditor
Job Description:

Monitor the status of purchase orders (POs) and supplier commitments. to Ensure timely dispatch, shipping, and delivery of goods to onshore sites.

Communicate with vendors or suppliers to confirm delivery schedules and resolve potential delays.

Ensure Engineering document, certificates, and quality records, shipping documents are prepared, collected, and submitted on time.

Verify compliance with industry standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements (e.g., API, ISO, ASME).

Prepare expediting reports summarizing material status, delays, and potential risks.

Identify bottlenecks or delays in the supply chain and work to resolve them proactively. Escalate critical issues to senior management when necessary.

Occasionally visit supplier facilities for inspections or to accelerate production.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably majoring in Industrial and Mechanical.

At least 2 years of experience as Expeditor in EPC company.

Good knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and technical specifications.

Having experiences with ERP system is an advantage.

Fluent in English.

Willing to be based in Head Office - Jakarta.
