Job Summary
- Monitor, review and analyse factors that might impact organization which cover detailed financial analysis relating to tenders, competitor analysis and operational performance in order to provide business line manager with accurate / current and concise analysis on any issue that could impact Company strategic business plan and creating and formulating Annual Business Plan (ABP), Reforecasting, MMR (Monthly Management Report), BSC (Balance Score Card) Report, Strategic Business Plan (SBP).

Education
Bachelor's Degree of Computer science or Computer Engineering or Statistics or matematiscs
Skill, Knowledge, and Experience
- At Least 1 Years Working Experiences as Data Analyst in Agile Teams
- Knowledge and Working Experiences in using Data and Visualization Tools ( Microsoft Power BI, Qlik View and Qlik Sense, Talend, SAP B/W for HANA or Tableau ), also Experience using some Statistical and Analytics Tools ( Advanced Level MS Excel, R, SPSS, SAS, Stata, MatLab, Alteryx ), Programming Language, Data Science and Machine Learning Tools ( SQL Hive, DAX, Python, R, Java, C/C++ )
- Experience using JIRA / Microsoft Visual Studio Team Service ( VSTS ) / Talend / Trello / Power Steering / KPI Fire / Wave / Redmine / Bitrix24 / TaskWorld / SoftBless or other similar Project Management and Collaboration Tools
- Strong Numerical Abilities, Critical Thinkers, supported with the following abilities : 1. Analytical Skills – Data Analysts Interpret and Analyse Data to Draw Conclusions and Identify Patterns 2. Computer Knowledge of Using Statistical and Analytical Software 3. Communication Skills – Often have to present their findings or translate the information into an easy-to-understand document, so the ability to communicate complex data, and to write and speak clearly, are important, so people with no data knowledge can comprehend 4. Math Skills – need to have strong numeracy skills to estimate and interpret numerical data 5. Attention to Detail – it’s vital be precise in their work, able to spot errors, and vigilant to ensure that any problems are corrected for accurate results

- Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
