Corporate Compliance (Consultant)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in collecting, presenting, and preparing reports related to corporate actions and Initial Public Offerings (IPOs).

  • Support financial statement analysis, financial modeling, and competitive analysis.

  • Assist in ensuring compliance with regulations related to corporate actions and IPOs.

  • Support the preparation of documents and supporting data required for corporate actions and IPO processes.

  • Collaborate with the Finance & Accounting Department to support corporate actions and IPO-related needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting.

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Willing to work as a consultant under a 6-month employment contract.

  • Solid understanding of financial and managerial accounting.

  • Capable of managing documents and preparing reports.

  • Able to handle sensitive information and ensure accuracy in all tasks.

  • Detail-oriented.
