Commercial Officer

Job Summary

  • Overseeing a bank's loan operations develops the company's lending business and travels frequently to meet with clients. The officer also reviews the financial status of business partners, such as borrowers and customers, updates loan files and calculates payment schedules.

Job Responsibilities

Negotiating with customers and managing complex contracts in line with established policies and requirements. Complex contracts are in line with established policies and requirements.
Interpreting and communicating customer requirements. Customer requirements are well-interpreted and communicated.
Identifying and mitigating risk and assessing opportunities. Risks are successfully mitigated.
Supporting the business to manage change and deliver upon its financial commitments. The business is well-supported.
Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained

- SHE Management System meets the current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements

Education

Bachelor's Degree of Any major

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

  • At least 1-2 years of experience.
  • Experience in mining industry is preferred.
  • Willing to work extended office hours as and when required
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of some HC information / documents
  • Attention to Detail
  • Strong analytical thinking
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
