  • Plan, direct and monitoring business problems via in-depth investigation and gathering of technical and non-technical information to ensure the delivered solution meets those business requirements.

Job Responsibilities

Key Metric
Gather, validate, and document business requirements to model business processes and identify opportunities for process improvements€‹€‹.. Business requirements are successfully gathered and the business process improved.
Identify issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts. The risks are accurately identified.
Estimate costs and identify business savings while simplifying information and deciphering technical jargon so it is easily understood by the whole team€‹. The costs are accurately estimated.
Analyse commercial data such as budgets, sales results and forecasts while creating functional specifications for solutions Budgets are successfully analysed.
Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained

Education

Bachelor's Degree of Law

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

  • Min 8-1 years experience in Contract or Commercial or Mine Reporting or Cost Control or QS.
  • Must be diligent, reliable, and able to respond to difficult task whenever the need arises
  • Has ability/experience in writing formal/contractual letter in English.
  • Eager to work hard, good teamwork, accountable, good analytical skill, and has knowledge in Mining operation.
  • Has experience in quantity measurement activities.
  • Willing to travel to project sites as required.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
