Civil and Structure Engineer Lead

Job Description :

• Studying and researching whether the design will work and be cost-effective.
• Assessing the usability, environmental impact and safety of a design.
• Collecting and analyzing data from tests on prototypes.
• Writing regular progress reports and presenting them to project managers and clients.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders, supporting construction phases.
• Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. Preferably majoring in Civil/Structural engineering.
• Min. 7 years of experiences, with 3 years in a lead role in geothermal/oil and gas industry.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, PDMS, STAAD.Pro; familiar with industry standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving-skills.
• May be required to work flexible hours to meet Project requirements
• Fluent in English both spoken and written is an advantage
