Job Summary
Plan, direct and monitor strategy of studying, researching and developing ideas for new products and the systems used to make them. They also modify existing products or processes to increase efficiency or improve performance.

Education
Bachelor's Degree of Engineering
Skill, Knowledge, and Experience
- Min. 7 years previous experiences in mining operation (production)
- Good communication and leadership skill
- Familiar with mining software
- Willing to be placed in site company location
- Good knowledge of best practices in Mining operations,
- May be required to work flexible hours to meet Project requirements
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
