Business Ethics and Integrity Lead

Job Summary

This position is responsible for day-to-day execution of Business Ethics & Integrity and Forensic Audit functions. Responsibilities cover the technical execution on company’s anti-fraud, anti-bribery, and anti-corruption initiatives development and monitoring over Bribery Risk and Fraud Risk Assessments, Conflict of Interest, Gift & Entertainment transactions, and Sponsorship & Donation transactions. This role works under direct guidance and supervision from the Business Ethics and Integrity Manager.

Job Responsibilities

Key Metric

Identify, develop, and monitor Fraud Risk Assessment and Bribery Risk Assessment, while provide regular and timely updates to Head of Forensic and Investigation.

Successfully embedding FRA to existing ERM.

Responsible for day-to-day execution of company's ABMS and anti-fraud initiatives.

ABMS is effectively implemented.

Responsible for maintaining company's Whistleblowing channel.

Timely reporting to Head of Forensic and Investigation on monitoring and review results.

Promote awareness of the company's ABMS and anti-fraud initiatives through training and socialization to employees and third parties.

Training and socialization program with relevant topics and targeted audience
Responsible to ensure integrity aspects related to people mapping, especially for organization critical positions, should be aligned with integrity principal, collaborate with related parties in Human Capital Function Timely review and approval of Employee Integrity Checklist
Lead and perform fact-finding investigation on reported allegations Assigned task completed in timely and accurate manne
Take an active role as role model to provide guide in upholding ethics and integrity Zero tolerance to fraud

Education

Bachelor's Degree of Accounting/Finance/forensic-related field

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

  • Min 3 years experience as an Auditor, Investigator, Compliance, or related field
  • Have familiarity with accounting principles, corporate governance, Anti-Bribery Management System (ISO37001), whistleblowing systems (ISO37002), data analytics, fact-finding investigations or similar tasks
  • Knowledge and awareness, including enforcement trends for International Anti-Bribery/corruption related regulations like the FCPA, UK Bribery Act
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skill
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and report writing skill
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Attention to detail
