Job Summary

This position is responsible for day-to-day execution of Business Ethics & Integrity and Forensic Audit functions. Responsibilities cover the technical execution on company’s anti-fraud, anti-bribery, and anti-corruption initiatives development and monitoring over Bribery Risk and Fraud Risk Assessments, Conflict of Interest, Gift & Entertainment transactions, and Sponsorship & Donation transactions. This role works under direct guidance and supervision from the Section Head of Business Ethics & Integrity and Forensic Audit.

Education

Bachelor's Degree from any major, preferably having knowledge/familiarity with accounting and mining industry

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

  • Min 1 year experience as an Auditor, Investigator, Compliance, or related field
  • Have familiarity with accounting principles, corporate governance, Anti-Bribery Management System (ISO37001), whistleblowing systems (ISO37002), data analytics, fact-finding investigations or similar tasks
  • Knowledge and awareness, including enforcement trends for International Anti-Bribery/corruption related regulations like the FCPA, UK Bribery Act
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skill
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and report writing skill
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Attention to detail
