Project Execution Superintendent - PLSS
Job Summary
Lead and control the planning, scheduling, and execution monitoring of logistics improvement projects, infrastructure upgrades, and operational initiatives in PLSS. Ensure that each project is executed on time, within scope, and aligned with Petrosea’s operational goals and budget framework.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Project Management, or related discipline.
Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

5–8 years of experience in project control, operations planning, or execution monitoring, preferably in logistics, mining, or EPC environments.

Strong understanding of project scheduling tools (Primavera/MS Project) and ERP systems.

Experience in managing cross-functional improvement or infrastructure projects.

Capable of identifying risks and managing mitigation plans.

Familiarity with budgeting, cost control, and performance tracking.

Strong communication and coordination skills with operational teams.

English proficiency is an advantage.
Certification
Project Management Certification (CAPM, PRINCE2, or equivalent – preferred)
