Job Responsibilities

Key Metric
Exercise, direct, and ensure a safe work environment in the work area at all times: and ensure all store business work processes and activities are all done in safe works practices. Develop and follow JSA's for all tasks. No near misses or injuries
Assist Mechanical / Piping Supervisor to develop a work schedule including parts, materials, and manpower to be incorporated in the MOS short term detailed execution plans. Effective schedules
Assist Mechanical / Piping Supervisor to supervise activities to ensure work is technically correct and performed in a safe and cost effective manner. Supervisory appraisal
Assist Mechanical / Piping Supervisor to monitor schedule implementation to ensure all scheduled work is completed in accordance with work instructions and schedules. Schedule compliance
Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained

- SHE Management System meets the current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements

 

Education

Bachelor's Degree of Engineering

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

  • Min. 1 - 3 years experiences in mechanical discipline.
  • Knowing in technical requirements associated with project drawing development or design engineering.
  • Possess broad knowledge in mechanical system.
  • Good analytical and supervisory skill.
  • Good Leadership and communication/presentation skill
  • Work flexible hours to accommodate job requirements.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
