Earthwork Supervisor
Job Summary
Monitor and supervise site Earthworks activities to ensure such activities are conducted in a safe and timely manner conform to quality of work is of a standard that optimises availability.
Job Responsibilities

| Assist Project Engineer with the development of a work schedule including parts, materials and manpower to be incorporated in the short term detailed execution plans | Assistance is successful. |

| Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome | - SHE risk well maintained - Target Zero LTI - SHE Management System meets the current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements |
Education
Bachelor's Degree of Engineering
Skill, Knowledge, and Experience
- Min. 3 years professional experience preferably in Earthwork Company
- Understand HSE principle in all aspect of Base Operation
- Possess broad knowledge in Earthwork system.
- must be able to effectively communicate verbally with employees, external vendors, owners and general contractors.
- Good analytical and supervisory skill.
- Work flexible hours to accommodate job requirements.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
