Construction Superintendent
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily construction activities to ensure work is progressing according to plan.
- Monitor subcontractors, laborers, and vendors to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
- Ensure construction work progresses on schedule.
- Enforce quality standards and ensure work meets engineering and client specifications.
- Track progress, report daily activities, and resolve on-site issues.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- More than 7 years of experience, with EPC project background.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, drawings, and standards.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Familiar with tools like MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD.
- HSE and project management certifications (e.g., OSHA, PMP) preferred.
- Willingness to work in remote or international sites.
