Construction Superintendent

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily construction activities to ensure work is progressing according to plan.
  • Monitor subcontractors, laborers, and vendors to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
  • Ensure construction work progresses on schedule.
  • Enforce quality standards and ensure work meets engineering and client specifications.
  • Track progress, report daily activities, and resolve on-site issues.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
  • More than 7 years of experience, with EPC project background.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, drawings, and standards.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Familiar with tools like MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD.
  • HSE and project management certifications (e.g., OSHA, PMP) preferred.
  • Willingness to work in remote or international sites.
