Job Summary

  • Monitor and supervise production activities an effective fleet management system by analyze and investigate reason for failure to comply with productivity target using the selected system.

Job Responsibilities

Key Metric
Undertake daily management of mine production information every shift and reporting systems through maintaining and updating Fleet Management System based on mining progress. Mine production information in every shift is successfully managed and maintained.
Deliver and implement daily or shiftly mine planning from engineering to operation production. Daily and shiftly mine planning are accurately delivered and implemented.
Analyse and investigate reasons for failure to comply with productivity target and dispatch instructions by operator or shift supervision and report all findings to supervisor operation in order to have appropriate solution. Reasons for failure are sucessfuly analyzed, investigated, and reported which lead to gaining appropriate solutions.
Dispatch, monitor and supervise production activities every shift for an effective fleet management system and coordination with operation to achieve and improve productivity target to production efficiency. Productivity target to production efficiency has significantly improved.
Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained

Education

Bachelor's Degree of Engineering

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

  • Min 2 (two) years experience as a Mining Engineer or Foreman/Supervisor especially with experience running Fleet Management System.
  • Good understanding of Mining Business Processes.
  • Good analytical skill and problem solving skill.
  • Strong reporting and technical writing
  • Good understanding of Mining Business Processes
  • Good customer service and team work
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
