Job Summary
- Monitor and coordinate electrician daily activities to ensure electric works are performed in a technically correct and efficient manner, conform to company's standard and policies.

Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome | - SHE risk well maintained - Target Zero LTI - SHE Management System meets the current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements |
Education
High School Graduate of Engineering
Skill, Knowledge, and Experience
- Diploma with 1 year experiences in engineering (electrical).
- Good understanding of electrical equipment, any cable size and wires commonly used in electrical installing.
- Good understanding of electric installation.
- Understanding of business line requirements and production targets.
- Understanding of equipment availability and planning of repairs.
- Commitment and good communication and supervisory skill.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
