Job Summary

Assist Subcontract Manager to oversee, manage Subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle. Ensuring the Subcontractors meet contractual obligations, timelines and quality standard in accordance to Main Contract requirements.

Education

Bachelor's Degree of Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

  • Min. 7 years experiences in cost control and contract administration
  • Understanding of project management principles and practices.
  • Understanding of industry-specific regulations, standards, and best practices related to subcontracting
  • Expertise in contract drafting, negotiation, and administration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and organize meetings for effective collaboration with subcontractors and Project Team
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with subcontractors and team members
  • Ability to analyze subcontractor performance data and identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Possess strong analytical thinking skill.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
  • Requires traveling to Project Site as required.
