Job Summary
Plan and Implement of Project Schedule Operational Development. Create, develop and control schedule of work activities for a Project which clearly shows the work breakdown structure, critical path activities, progress earned to date and programme to completion. Therefore the Project could be completed within the time as per planned and Client's requirement.

Review and analyse Failures to plant by monitoring trends and report pending equipment failure for correct planning into backlog, advising immediately if equipment is unsafe to operate or high potential of major failure occurring. | Failures are successfully corrected and prevented. |
Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome | - SHE risk well maintained - Target Zero LTI - SHE Management System meets the current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements |
Education
Bachelor's Degree of Engineering
Skill, Knowledge, and Experience
- Min 7-15 years experiences as Planner/Scheduler.
- Knowledge of Primavera Project Planner (P6) includes associated software and demonstrated competence in producing effectively formatted schedules and reports.
- Knowledge of best practices in project control and scheduling.
- Ability to design and calculate duration of a project.
- Ability to establish policies and procedures.
- Ability to evaluate program effectiveness.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
- Ability to develop and maintain effective monitoring and control mechanism.
