Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of oil and gas facilities to ensure they are running efficiently and safely. This role involves managing a team of operators and maintenance personnel, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and implementing strategies to enhance operational performance.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, operations management, or a related field is often preferred.
Skill, Knowledge, and Experience
- Minimum 7 years of experience in an operations and mainetance environment.
- Possess strong problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of mechanical availability and correct repair and maintenance methods
- Must possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.
- Good understanding of onshore oil and gas project operation.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
