Field Engineering Manager - West Papua

Job Summary

Direct and control the engineering function by providing leadership and support to the people in Engineering department to ensure that schedules, budgets and manhours are achieved. All engineering activities shall comply with company, client and relevant standards and procedures required by project.

Bachelor's Degree of Engineering.

Min. 15 years experiences as Senior or Lead design engineering roles with the last 5 years as Engineering Manager.
Proven track record of performing a Design and Engineering Management role in projects in the O&G, Mining & Mineral sector that also encompasses a multi-cultural workforce and Multinational Client.
Comprehensive knowledge of engineering management principles and practices. Must possess an in depth knowledge of the Engineering and Design process, Multi Discipline engineering including its design codes and standards as well as extensive experience in field and follow-on engineering.
Background in civil or structure or mechanical, with good knowledge of multi engineering disciplines including process, piping, electrical, instrument, control and telecommunication.
Extensive experiences in multiple engineering stages, start from feasibility study, FEED, DED, and Follow-on engineering during construction.
Willing to work extended hours to meet with Project deadlines.
Required to work onsite in extreme remote areas with limited facilities.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written is a must
Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.
