Job Summary

  • Control and coordinate team for project controlling system, review and improve the current procedures and systems to ensure that all project controlling, and project management activities are well managed, conform to budget and company's regulations and procedures.

Job Responsibilities

Key Metric
Develop integrated project management system and its interface with other system such as SAP finance, procurement and document management system. System developed and well managed
Develop project management information system by optimizing available software and suggest additional/replacement as necessary. Optimized project management information system
Review and improve the implementation of digitalization on project controlling as well as the whole engineering and construction. Improved digitalization on project controlling
Maintain Enterprise definitions and standards on project management system (coordinate with other function such as commercial/contract, planning, estimating) Standards on project management system are well managed
Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained
- Target Zero LTI
- SHE Management System meets the current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements

Education

Bachelor's Degree of Any major

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

  • Min. 8-10 years experiences as cost controller, scheduler, or project control.
  • Knowledge of best practice in Project Administration and having communication, organizational and management skills
  • Ability to operate computer and other office facility
  • Determine the requirements for Project Control
  • Works in detail but can comprehend the “big picture”, analytical thinking and creative.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the position
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
