Job Summary
- Ensuring the successful execution and administration of contracts for Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects.
- Develop, implement, and monitor project-specific contracting strategies and plans.
- Handle claims, change orders, and variations by evaluating their validity, preparing justifications, and ensuring timely resolution.

Education
Bachelor's Degree of Engineering
Skill, Knowledge, and Experience
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial and contract management of projects.
- Preferably experienced in oil and gas projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in negotiating and managing high-value contracts.
- Initiate, draft correspondence, issue contractual notifications, and maintain accurate records of the project.
- Possess strong analytical thinking skills.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is an advantage.
- Willing to travel to project sites as required.
