Job Summary

Ensuring the successful execution and administration of contracts for Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects.
Develop, implement, and monitor project-specific contracting strategies and plans.
Handle claims, change orders, and variations by evaluating their validity, preparing justifications, and ensuring timely resolution.

Key	Metric
Assists in preparation and implementation of PEP (Project Execution Plan).	PEP (Project Execution Plan) is successfully implemented.
Prepare and distribute a description and timeline of the project; calculates time frames and sequences the stages of the project	Description and timeline of the project; calculates time frames and sequences the stages of the project are provided successfully.
Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.	The projects are all in compliance.
Maintain a TQ status report to track all TQ's.	All TQs are maintained and tracked.
Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome	- SHE risk well maintained - Target Zero LTI - SHE Management System meets the current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements

Bachelor's Degree of Engineering

Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial and contract management of projects.
Preferably experienced in oil and gas projects.
Demonstrated expertise in negotiating and managing high-value contracts.
Initiate, draft correspondence, issue contractual notifications, and maintain accurate records of the project.
Possess strong analytical thinking skills.
Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is an advantage.
Willing to travel to project sites as required.
