Job Responsibilities

Key Metric
Prepare and present SHE training and SHE induction to enhance safety awareness among Head Office employees. Safety awareness among Head Office employees is significantly enhanced.
Conduct inspections on statutory, fire and rescue equipment to ensure completeness and readiness for use. Statutory, fire, and rescue equipment are complete and ready to use.
Inspects project facilities, equipments, observe operations and activities in progress to ensure those are in compliance with company's safety regulations. project facilities, equipments, observe operations and activities in progress are in compliance with company's safety regulations.
Support and assist safety audits, inspections and accident/incident investigations by observing employee activities and workplace conditions for submitting recommendations to management to correct deficiencies, eliminate hazards, and improve the overall program. The overall program is significantly improved.
Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained

Education

Diploma Degree of Any major

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

  • Minimal 1 year have experinces in SHE Field implementation at High risk industry
  • Hold AK3 certified from government (will be preferred if hold POP certificate)
  • Will be prefered if understand of Mining Safety, Marine Safety and or Plant Safety
  • Able to conduct presentation
  • Willing to work extended hours to meet the objectives.
  • Communicative and inovative
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
