Job Summary
Maintenance Improvement Engineer provides foundational support in the execution of maintenance processes and improvements by assisting with data collection, analysis, reporting, and documentation. Senior Maintenance Execution Engineer is focusing on ensuring smooth implementation of improvement initiatives while adhering to Petrosea’s maintenance standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Supports the implementation of quality standards in maintenance processes by aligning with Asset Management Self-Assessment (AMSA) requirements, contributing to audit readiness, and ensuring continuous adherence to quality-related procedures and documentation.
- Contributes to the execution of improvement initiatives projects led by the Supervisor or Superintendent. This includes enforcing the implementation Basic Maintenance Process (BMP) in business process.
- Assists in ensuring that improvement initiatives align with operational needs and stakeholder expectations by gathering insights from various stakeholders and ensuring the projects meet departmental requirements.
- Promotes the adoption of any improvement methodologies within the team by supporting the execution of improvement initiatives and encouraging colleagues to follow standardized processes and procedures.
- Ensures that health and safety protocols are followed during all maintenance tasks and supports the inclusion of safety measures in each improvement initiatives.
Education
Bachelor Degree of Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other engineering background.
Skill, Knowledge, and Experience
- Min. 3 Years experience as Supervisor in mining equipment maintenance management.
- Experienced in business process improvement projects.
- Good knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling management.
- Advance knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies.
- Good knowledge of data analytic tools (i.e. Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Advance knowledge of basic maintenance process.
- Good presentation skill.
Certification
- Min. Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification (Green Belt Preferred).
- Root Cause Analysis/FMEA.
