Hauling Foreman
Job Summary
Monitoring and coordinating the daily operations of haulage activities within a mining site. Ensures that all hauling of materials are conducted safely, efficiently, and in compliance with mine plans, production targets, and safety regulations.
Job Responsibilities
•Oversee the daily operations of haul trucks and other heavy equipment involved in transporting ore, waste, and other materials.
•Ensure adherence to mine plans and production schedules.
•Communicating any delays due to road conditions, accidents, or breakdowns.
•Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility, including SHE Management System and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome.
•Identify opportunities for improving haulage efficiency and productivity.
Education
Bachelor's Degree of Any major
Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

Min. 3 years of experiences in the same position (mining sector).Have a good communication, teamwork and leadership skills.POP certified is preferred.Willing to be placed in all Petrosea projects.
