Training Specialist - E&C - Southeast Sulawesi

Job Summary

To develop, deliver training & assessment programs for personnel regarding proper Induction, Licence to work, including controlling internal work permit assessments to operate equipment and use high-risk critical tools.

Job Responsibilities

Key Metric
Conduct training and assessment (include coaching and mentoring process)

Number of training hours & assessment comp. participant;

Implement training & assessment schedules and track participant attendance

Number of training hours & assessment comp. participant;

Maintain training & assessment records and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

No-Major Finding Self-Audit or Internal Audit achieve 100%

Develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, assessment tools as corporate and project requirements.

The number of training module packages develop as required.

Assist Operation Excellent OpEx. Mining, EPC, HSE project.

No complaint/verbal warning from Manager

Monitor system performance and implement optimization as needed.

System performance and optimization is well monitored.
Leading the implementation of SHE programs to ensure the effectiveness of implementation of SHE procedures and guidelines at the training and certification OpEx. Mining & EPC section.

Meet the current SHE

- SHE Management System meets the current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements

Education

  • Minimum SLTA with 5 years of work experience in Mining or Civil-Construction training and certification OR
  • Degree (D3/S1) in Education, Mining, Civil-Construction or Occupational Health Safety or others relevant fields with 2 years of work experience in Mining or Civil-Construction training and certification
     

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

  • Minimum 2 years experience  as training officer or training specialist;
  • Experience working in mining,civil-construction industries also has knowledge in implementing HSE management system
  • Experience in conducting training and assessment programs;
  • Experience in developing training module packages
  • Experience in using Learning Management System Apps (preferable)
  • Ability to develop high-quality training module packages
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proficiency in Office software (Ms Excel, Ms Powerpoints, Ms Word)
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage.

Certification

  • Minimum Train of Trainer Level 3 BNSP
  • Prefer POP Certification in Mining Industries
